    I'm trying to upgrade from a free trial to a premium account. I click my name and go to account like instructed in the faq, but none of the subscription choices are for rotoql premium. In fact it's everything but rotoql premium on the list. What am I doing wrong? Where do I go to simply upgrade to premium (29.99) monthly.
