How do I cancel, downgrade or upgrade my RotoQL premium subscription?
- You can cancel/downgrade/upgrade your subscription under "My Account" in the upper right hand corner of RotoQL.
What is your refund policy?
- If you accidentally purchased RotoQL subscription twice or you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can submit a refund request through our billing support page.
- For annual subscriptions, you will be refunded $299/year net the number of months used billed at $29.99/mo. For example, if you choose to refund your annual subscription after three months of use you will be refunded $209.03 [$299-(3 months used)*($29.99/mo)].
