How do I pay for RotoQL?

  • We accept all major credit cards (i.e. Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover)

Is there a discount for annual service?

  • We offer a 17% discount for customers that choose to pay annually.

How do I change/update my billing details?

  • You can change you credit card on file by clicking "My Account" in the upper right hand corner of RotoQL.


How do I cancel, downgrade or upgrade my RotoQL premium subscription?

  • You can cancel/downgrade/upgrade your subscription under "My Account" in the upper right hand corner of RotoQL.


What is your refund policy?

  • If you accidentally purchased RotoQL subscription twice or you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can submit a refund request through our billing support page.
  • For annual subscriptions, you will be refunded $299/year net the number of months used billed at $29.99/mo. For example, if you choose to refund your annual subscription after three months of use you will be refunded $209.03 [$299-(3 months used)*($29.99/mo)].
